I have PTSD and severe Panic Disorder, so, yes, I DO have anxiety! LOL

I have found Tai Chi to be extremely helpful. (I don't know anything about Chi Gong)
Tai Chi is great for focusing your energy away from yourself, (and therefore your anxiety) it is very relaxing and it's gentle, which I need due to my arthritis.
