I just discovered EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques) a few weeks ago, and it brings my anxiety level down a little bit. If you want to learn more about it, go on youtube.com and type in the search "EFT anxiety" its supposed to help you "tap" away your anxiety, fear, pain, even painful memories you have that contribute to your anxiety this technique can help you distance your self from it like it happened to someone else, and is supposed to release your feelings about it so you dont feel that way again about whatever traumatic experience has affected you and contributed to your anxious feelings. Ive tried it a couple times and it does seem to reduce my anxiety, it wont hurt to try it, I'm going to start doing it every day and see what happens. I was skeptical at first, I mean it looks kinda ridiculus, but it does help.
