Yea, probably from stress. why dont you try going out and have some fresh air :)
My 7 year-old gets this feeling especially at night and it so uncomfortable to her. Did any of you find out what causes this. I would really appreciate any advice. Thank you
Thanks for the response, if it makes you feel better further, I was on a few other sites where people who had a lot of stress and anxiety and they said they've felt the same thing. I just want to be sure there it couldn't be something else. I also forgot to mention I had this feeling in January and got an EEG for it, and it came back normal. I had epilepsy as a teenager, so I wasn't just being paranoid, anything head related I do need to get checked out.
I think I know what you're talking about. A while ago when I would try to sleep I would get a funny feeling in the front of my head like it was being tickled inside. It scared me half to death and knowing that someone else who suffers from anxiety has had the same problem is a big relief (not that I am in any way happy that you have this problem). But yes, I have anxiety issues and I have had something very similar to this, but it was mostly only when I'd try to sleep.
