This is so true. I always worry about tomorrow, and not think about the present. I think about the bad of the past, and not think about the good times and good things.

That definitely is true:) In my experience, when dealing with anxiety we tend to focus intensly on the present and it is hard to look to tomorrow, but I believe those are great words to to live by. Even when we start to get better we sometimes tend to focus on the negative when we have a bad day...we all do with any experience we go through...just keep your head up!
