Hey I know EXACTLY what your going through nowhopefull... ive had the same exact feelings and yes anxiety ATTACKS come in waves... but sometimes the general sense of anxiety/depression just stays with you and haunts your thoughts. Which is what I think is happening to you now, something that helps me, go out go out and go out, do not stay alone in your house. Just meet up with your friends as much as you can and do something relaxing, it will help keep your mind off everything, I would not advice Alcohol under these circumstances though, feel absolutely free to PM , I would love to offer you more advice if needed.
Until I was about 30 years old I lived with constant Anxiety. I worried and had panic attacks. Thank God I found a psyciatrist that prescribed Xanax. It changed my life. I can function everyday without obsessive anxiety. I went on to become a owner of a very successful Home Care agency.
Thank You,,just mentally tired today I guess!
