What is this????????????????

Hello.

I am 35 and have two children. Had my first panick attack 9 years ago, and since then on and off, but have almost learned to try and control them when they happen. Although, only last Friday, I was out with my children at an event, and was talking to a woman whom I'd never met before. She was talking quite a lot, and suddenly out of the blue I felt dizzy, lightheaded, faint, you name it I felt it, and her lips were moving so fast when she was talking to me and she just would not stop, I felt like absolutely "running" out of the room and trapped. Please help with any comment, Many thanks,

Hello,

I have been to my doctor about various issues over the years and don't even know where to begin with you, there has been so many different symptoms and so far yes, they are all relating to what is known as anxiety. I am going through a really tough time with it at the moment, but know that it's not going to last forever and that I can come out the other end, it is just hard - that's all. Sorry for the rant :(

OMG!  Isn't that something?  They have NO IDEA that you are in the middle of an attack and they just keep on talking...like an ever ready bunny!!!  I don't mean to make light of it, but when I was suffering with panic attacks that happened to me SO OFTEN!!!!  Just listening to someone like that would give even the STEADIEST person a PANIC ATTACK!

Hope you are feeling better!
