You're most likely having migraine headaches from your description. You can treat them naturally or with medication, but if you're someone suffering from anxiety that's probably the root of your problem. A migraine is a vascular headache, meaning it results from constriction of the blood vessels in the extremities while the ones near your head are opening up, usually following a bout of anxiety or from food sensitivities or from not eating regularly, etc. This causes first a blurring of vision followed by a horrid headache. A headache specialist can diagnose if this is what you're suffering. Meditation has proven to be pretty good at controlling this, as it helps keep your blood flow even, as does regular exercise provided you're eating properly first. But you need a diagnosis, and as stated already, we can't give you that.
You should see what your doctor thinks because no one can diagnose you from here. Different things can cause it.
