I had all my blood tested a year ago for different things. All came back normal, although last night my foot started tingling and it really has not stopped. :(
Well said above by Paxiled.
Do you have a history of chronic anxiety? Have you ever considered addressing the anxiety?
The best thing you can do is to try not to feed into the feelings. Like Paxiled said, even the use of more dramatic terms like "breakdown" will cause your more anxiety. Makes sense doesn't it?
Have you had a physical lately? If not, it's a good idea, for obvious reasons in that it's important to keep up with that, but also because the doc can rule out any obvious medical causes for your symptoms.
Good luck!
Doesn't matter if it was a panic attack, extreme emotional upset is associated with dizziness. If you look a past posts on here you'll find it as one of the most common complaints with anxiety sufferers and with depression sufferers as well, but it can happen with anyone suffering a big emotional upset. By the way, the way you think of things can make an impact on your psyche -- you didn't have an emotional breakdown, you just had a strong emotional reaction.
