She's very young to be on these medications, and her actions say that it's not a good combination or neither is helping. Any "unusual" behavior should be reported immediately to her prescribing doctor. I assume she is on the Strattera for ADD or ADHD, but I don't understand her being on an antidepressant. This may just be my ignorance, but anytime our behavior changes due to medications, our doctor needs to know. It sounds like the meds make her hyper which is counter-acting what she needs. Hope this helps.
Did you read the side effects of those drugs on the web???? Why would anyone give a teenager stratera?...It has been know to cause suicides. I think you should look at her diet. MSG has 13 other names (research on web) and causes neurological problems along with anxiety. Get her diet off of all processed foods..go back to fresh vegetables/fruits. Microwaving foods effect the brain also. Grains have mycotoxins in them which causes neurological problems.
For her anxiety, read up on relaxation techniques. I know meditation is mostly unknown in this generation but works wonders naturally. Take her to the doctor immediately for the side effects she is experiencing.
