Those are common symptoms of anxiety. And I know how it is,... you get even more worried and that *bad butterfly* feeling in your stomach... when you have those symptoms. The good thing is, is that anxiety is treatable! You can beat it!

My symptoms included paranoid/worrying stomach, cramps, trembly legs, dizziness, loss of reality feeling, heart palpations... all very common. I tried all the meds... I was on lexapro 10mg for about 3 months or so... didn't do anything for me... that's when I realized my anxiety spells were "self" brought on... I kicked the drugs... and started seeing a psychiatrist. That helped the most. =)

Good luck to you.... and try not to worry. =)

God Bless.

I get the same tingling and it includes my arms.  I get a burning in my chest and extreme nausea.  I had no idea what these feelings could be at first.  My old doctor even sent me for an MRI looking for MS or something.  He knew me well and couldn't believe I was having anxiety attacks.  Finally we both agreed to treat me for anxiety and that's what it was.

I have certainly experienced alot of the same things.  I had palpiations and missed beats and of course worrying about them that made them worse.  Reading the posts, I am comforted that I am not alone in having them.

Its unnerving to be aware of your chest and one more thing to worry about.

I have finally stopped obsessing on the palpitations since the doctors have told me they are not hurting me and there is nothing wrong with my heart.  Now when they come, I can shrug them off and my heart goes back to normal.

Best Wishes
