if you try to ignore your ex maybe change your number,have as little contact as poss then things might improve,when you feel the tightness in your chest start taking long deep breathes you know all this is stress related and it is caused by your ex,so get rid of the stress and start to move on they are called the ex for a reason,just go for little walks keep your focused on something other than your ex.

hi i have so much stress in my life and worry about everything ...i think what started it of is my ex fighting with me ..sometimes i just cant take it any more i just worry about when i get the tightess in my chest and cant breath ...now i get it all day i dont want to get to the point where i cant go out of the house ...ty for listening
it is not a joke,it is horrible,they should be supporting you,thats the thing with anxiety and panic attacks they can come and bite you on the butt again,the good news is,is that you have been here before and have gotten through it,so you can do it again,has anything happened to start this off again
