anxious

Hello. I tend to worry about things a lot. I got an STD panel on Monday and the results should be coming in within 12 hours. I've been constantly crying for the past few days and can't shake the anxiety off. I have taken ativan and that hasn't helped.
I took an HIV, gonorrhea, and clamydia test at the 5 month past the exposure and those came out negative. But I can't stop stressing about Hep B and C. I had my Hep B vaccinations, but I heard that it can still be possible. I am not an IV drug user, but also heard that there is a chance that Hep C is transferred during sex. I was also tested for herpes (1 and 2) and syphilis. I'm not sure if I have those.
What can I do to relieve some anxiety now? My heart is racing and still crying.

Yes , you can find it at walgreens and cvs. The walmart brand pills will work too because they do not have red 40 in them. The red 40 dyes in products tend to raise blood pressure so is makes anxiety worse. My grandmother was on medication which the pharmacist told her to watch taking red dye 40 because of her blood pressure. It is also in food ingredients. Hope I have helped.

Hmm, I should try that out. I'm sorry that so many medications didn't work, but am glad that you found something that seems like it would have fewer side effects than prescription medication. Do a lot of places sell that? I'll definitely try to find it the next time I go shopping.

Thank you so much for replying, complex. I know there are bigger issues out there. I just get so stressed about health related issues.

I'm sorry that you get really bad episodes as well. Have you tried just clearing your mind.,..becoming a "zombie" for a few moments. That sometimes helps me.

OK so everything was fine except an indeterminate herpes 2 test. Hopefully that stays indeterminate or possibly negative in the next 6 weeks. So scared.

I suffer from anxiety and panic attacks. I have tried paxil, celexa,Prozac, zoloft, lexapro, trazadone and they either cause side effects or made it worse. I use dye free liquid benadryl for my anxiety and it works wonders for me. It is a lot safer then any meds I have tried. It calms me so much. Hope this helps.
