brain tumor.

this is a really stupid question,
but with my OCD i tend to make lists of things i might have.
and latley its been a brain tumor, but not a regular one.
what if i have a brain tumor where my seritonin is supposed to be,
and thats why i have these anxiety disorders?
sounds stupid i  know.
i just needed to tell someone.

Easier said than done, lol. I'm the same way. Going through the whole "brain tumor" scare as we speak. Just got over the "skin cancer" scare, lol. Funny how powerful the mind is, really believe something is wrong and suddenly develop the symptoms. It's freaky. But like you, I'm always full of advise that seems so logical when I'm having anxiety free days, but when they come back its like... "TRUST NO ONE!!!", lmao. But I agree 110% when you said "it really is a life wasting experience". And that thought scares me, missing out on a lot because u just cant fully enjoy ANYTHING.

people with health anxiety tend to go through lots of serious life threatening illnesses, i too have been through the tumour stage and when people including my doc told me i didn have one i tried to find ways round it so i did have one lol, unless you start to trust people when they tell you you are fine you will get worse and worse and look for symptoms and illnesses all the time. it really is a life wasting experience i have spent 14 yrs having the symptoms of fatal illnesses and im still here lol
try and relax, tell yourself its anxiety and have trust in people
