This is classic Panic attack, I am in the medical field and my first panic attack, I was told by a "Intern" I had High blood pressure, well sure I did, I was having a Panic Attack, you need to see a Psych Dr. about your thoughts and your continued focus on your BP, let it go, easy to say, but ONLY YOU CAN CHANGE IT. Your fine, stop monitoring your BP, the more you focus on your BP, the more MAGNIFIED it becomes and the more you tell your body DANGER, which leads into more PANIC, which leads into more DANGER.. (the panic cycle starts).

What did your doctors say to you? Did they run any tests? Increased blood pressure and heart rate are classic signs of panic attacks, but it is important to rule out other medical conditions first. Do you have a history of anxiety / panic attacks, or is this something you are experiencing for the first time?
