I experience adrenaline rush when I visit a doctor for blood pressure check.

I had a screening to go for in the next two months but was asked to go for medical screening before the job screening. Before going to the doctor my blood pressure was normal of 110/70mmhg but on entry the doctor office I start hearing my heart beat so loudly that after the doctor check he had 160/80mmhg.Going back after another appointment it was either same or even higher with medication. However, after leaving his office I feel calm and within few hours the blood pressure comes down on self check. How can I prevent future episode?

Not sure what you mean, with medication.  If you don't have high blood pressure anywhere but in a doctor's office, which is an extremely common phobia, then you shouldn't be on blood pressure medication, you should be trying to learn to deal with this phobia somehow.  It's one of the more common ones.  Most people just don't like going to doctors or dentists because, probably, they're looking into things that we don't want to have to deal with.  So some people get elevated blood pressure only when in the doc's office.  Very very common.
