Very unlikely because you report immediate relief, and in any case aspirin as far as I know doesn't treat strokes that have already happened. My guess is chewing the aspirin is a placebo that makes you believe everything is better because nothing was wrong in the first place, but as said above, we can't diagnose you here even if we had the expertise. Try chewing something less toxic than aspirin -- placebo medicine is the best medicine because there's no side effects!
