do i have depersonalization

im feeling like my energy in my body is sort of out of my self everywere i look seems like iam looking at nothing new just my own stuff i find it really hard to feel my feelings and emotions when iam in the house or a closed room i sorta feel like iam walking in my own energy not feeling anything new i feel uncomfortable alot and from this causes lots of anxiety depression and disconection with life if i didnt have this feeling i would be more then better but then again if i didnt have the anxiety and fear then it would be ok aswell n when i feel this feeling and then i feel anxiety and depression aswell it becomes the worst feeling like im bout to explode so wat is going on it seems like depression anxiety and maybe depersonalization hope yall can help

nah i stopped smoking along time ago but as i was sayin that stuff caused my problem and it has stayed with me on and off for along time is it just alot of anxiety and depression putting me in this feeling nothing trap that iam in or what is it...........

When you lose somebody close to you it can cause trauma, you need to seek some kind of counseling for sure. If you don't have insurance or cash try to find out if there is a support group in your area. Don't be afraid to ask a family member or friend to help you out. It takes time and help to get over this stuff.

If you are smoking Marijuana it may make things worse. You may feel better at first but the side effects will add to your anxiety.

but alot of the time im feeling good but the out of body feeling puts me straight bak into the bad cycle and then it ruins that good feeling i was thinkin its that disconection that is causing me to feel nothying and the uncomfortable feeling but maybe it is lots of anxiety and depression that is causing this feeling i got the feeling from smoking marijuana for a little while but then it was ok but then my best mate passed away which really made it really bad for me and alot of fear  do u have any insight or ideas

Yes, I get that feeling too. I used to love sending my husband off to work, I had no problem staying at home (I don't work) I could be on the internet for hours, workout, make dinner.......now I have anxiety, it's like get me out of here but then I suffer from panic attacks so......it's a double edge sword. You can't think straight when you have these problems. It really is the worse ever.

Like the other person said I would definitely 'KEEP BUSY" phone a friend, walk around the block, tidy your closet......but just don't sit there. DO ANYTHING!

That numb feeling that you are experiencing is a result of being depressed. Being depressed causes all sorts of different issues including that numb feeling that you are experiencing. Take care

wat do u rekon causes that feeling of feeling nothyn just completly numb because sumtimes theres a shift and i feel things better

yer i do that stuff but i still dont feel things much and have this uncomfortable feeling that makes me not fully present and not enjoy those things most of the time the feeling is sorta like im feeling the energy around me more then the energy inside myself feeling like im out of my self  but yer it does help a bit going out and doing things ....

i feel sometimes the same as u do ... :/ i have weird thoughts of what is time, what is present, what is past and what is memory, and why do we live when we forget 99.9% of the things we do all day long. and i cant feel my emotions sometimes i feel like i am numb. i went to a shrink and he only gave me vitamin b6 known as bedoxin,and he told me to try to stop thinking all day long, try to relax, and do physical activities like sports or walking, and mostly to be with friends and to make verbal communication, not inside our heads with ourselfs. try this i hope it will work for you.
