No...not at all. Anxiety can be the result of a past traumatic event in our life which we never truly dealt with. It comes back demanding to be dealt with in the form of anxiety and/or depression. With therapy we can learn if this is the case, deal with it and ease our anxiety. Addressing the cause is the first step. Millions suffer with anxiety to some extent so know you're not alone. Some never learn why they have anxiety and that's okay, but therapy is very beneficial in cases like these. Therapy can also teach us how to think differently, cope better and relaxation techniques.
No, your just hypersensitive to everything. Sometimes you probably have a hard time rationalizing when your under stress. We all have anxiety in this forum and I wouldn't classify any of us as crazy, just perceptive of our bodies and surroundings. We have a hard time distinguishing between real symptoms or danger and false alarms (anxiety)...
