What is this strange feeling in my head and neck

So I guess I will start by saying when this happened. About a year ago I woke up randomly and had this strange falling sensation in my head and caused a panic attack a major on.I had never had an issue like this before, I have been mildly anxious alot of things throughout my life but never to sensations just to situations such as going somewhere seeing  people and such. Anyway I was disturbed by this sensation it effected my appetite for a week a and then it was back to normal. But after that scare from then on my left side of my head/face and neck have been feeling strange.
The sensation feels as if I'm falling or a constant tickle or tingle. Sometimes i never notice it or it is not there, but i am unsure on it. I do know that when i do get the feeling i can stretch my neck or apply pressure behind my neck near the base of the skull and the sensation disappears. then once I Stop applying pressure the sensation comes back.
When I watch TV or read or focus my left eye feels off like I'm going cross eyed and i will pull my hair which will slightly re-leave the feeling but only for a moment and then I will later get a headache after moments like that. But it does not do that all the time. When I am on my computer about 70% of the time I don't feel any of my sensations I am guessing because I am focusing on something else or playing my games.
Sorry for the long post but I wanted to provide all the info that I could so I could get a good answer. So to sum it up I have a weird Tickling/tingle/falling sensation in/on the left side of my head and neck that is re-leaved when i apply pressure or focus on something else and When i watch TV or read i will feel like my left eye is going cross eyed and i can rid the sensation of that sometimes by pulling my hair or stretching my neck. Please help me I am scared and I want to feel normal again before all of this happened. Thank you for reading.

Honestly, I'm not a doctor, so I have no clue what could be causing this.  When I said 'bacterial thing', I meant that it COULD be that simple to treat.  I don't really know.  Get an appt with your doctor, okay?  Sorry I couldn't be more help - Blu

Thank you I will do that. But could a bacterial thing really last over a year? If so that is insane and I have never known that before.

Hi Aaronon.  Any sort of asymmetrical sensations (on one side and not the other), should be addressed by a doctor.  So, go ahead and do that - it may be caused by something as simple as a mild bacterial 'thing' that can be eradicated with anti-biotics.  I'm sure you will be fine.  Oh, and as a precaution: do not drive - you could get dizzy and have an accident.
