I have a tip that works wonders for my anxiety and panic attacks. I use liquid dye free benadryl. I have tried celexa, lexapro, zolaft, paxil, Prozac, wellbutrin, and trazadone. They all had side effects and some of them made it worse. I stop taking all of the meds because I found I did not need them all the time just at certain times of the month. The benadryl helps by calming me and it is much safer than any meds. I hope this helps you.
Thanks 4 everyones comments really helped xx
Seeing a theropist(mispelled :/) is the best thing, before ever concidering meds, of course you do want to get your emotional health evaluated, but most medicine can cause worse symtoms, over a long period of using them, it works to numb the Problem, what Really needs to be healed is the mind/thoughts, through a good theropist/ conculur(Mispelled again :/) that will listen to the Root of the problem, and how to naturally regain control of ones mind.
Meds o only mask the symptoms. It is almost mind over matter for some but truth be told they say its something that starts it and we have to find out what. But others say its not that. Myself I'm trying to find out how to deal with it with out meds because all say they are addicting and I just don't need that. Talking to some one who knows what you are going thru helps. Finding things to keep your mind occupied and off the symptoms is such a big thing find something as an hobbie is helpful. Look up web sites that have help for this. Now don't get me wrong some can't get it done without meds and I do get to the point whet I want to take the med and yes I do have them but I just don't want to be addicted. But I do know alot of people on meds and are going ok. So its really ask in a personal preference. Hope you get better and always chose status the best for you. . Much luv hun
The meds have worked for me. I am on celexa and klonopin....almost 5 weeks now and I am finally feeling normal again.
