freaking out this *****

so iv been feeling dizzy with head pressure and headaches in the back or my head with fatigue due to a dizzy spell i had in class this is been going on for 3 months constantly i had a mri bloodwork saw 2 ents and a eye doctor did a balance test and everything came back normal the doctors keep telling me its anxiety but yeah what im freaking out about right now  some times and this is rare happens maybe 2 or 3 times a year when i bend down my nose leaks clear watery mucus didnt really think much of it but now that my nxiety levels have been shooting throught the roof i think i have a lot of diseases id like to mention that i have a really bad devaited septum with cases my nose nostrils to be blocked or at least one of the all the time and very bad post nasal drop with causes me to spit mucus every 10 min  i searched up what the water mucus could be and i red about a csf leak and now im panicking would a mri detect such a thing? idk im freaking out

i saw 2 ents already and i knew about it when i had my mri and my nose it very crooked so you could tell right off that bat

It sounds like a lot of your symptoms are being caused from your nose problems. I would'nt be surprised if you were suffering with allergies too. They can make you dizzy, tires and just make you feel awful.
Will you be seeing an ENT, or have you already done that and that's how you know you have a deviated septum?
