got an appointment with an experienced anxiety coach
hi, i have an appointment with an anxiety counsellor on jan 10th over the phone, my question has anyone tried this? As i want to know whether it is worth it or not? The person i am having the app is an ex anxiety sufferer! Can anyone help?
how much is it, how long, does your coach suffer from anxiety or did he in the past/ i would rather coach with someone who has overcome it personally and not read fairytale storys if u know what i mean.
