help! physical symtoms of anxiety

Physical symptoms is this normal for anxiety? I’m just so frustrated with the physical symptoms and want to know if anyone else feel this type of symptoms

I can’t relax I’m always tense and I have to remind myself to relax my shoulders.
Can’t concentrate very well
Feel dizzy/ mind is fuzzy.
Can’t sleep well
Strong pulse not rapid just strong.

Sadly, no. Never goes away really, its too horrifying, too dreadful to go away. However, it does get MUCH easier over time, as you learn to handle them.

thank you.  my Doctor put my on xanax but i hated how i felt nothing. i had to get off it. it was only .25 mg but i couldnt stand it.

i dont drink caffeine, i eat well im a big runner and i take a muliti V everyday

Oh wow yea, sounds like anxiety to me. At least that is what mine can do to me sometimes. Hate it.... Sorry you are feeling this way :(

Those are all anxiety symptoms. Have you been to your Dr though for a check up and maybe some testing? There are other things that can cause anxiety symptoms. Do you drink a lot of caffeine, do you eat properly and are you taking vitamins? I just think everything else should be ruled out first.

I'm so sorry you are feeling this way. But you are not alone most of us feel all our some of those symptoms. Me my heart its the same along with fast rate.. But it beats hard. Can't focus alot. and its so hard to deal with this I know. Yes I also couldn't sleep right for weeks. And couldn't eat the same.. From my experience it took a couple months to go away. And it didn't completely go away it just eased up a lot.. It gets better for sure hun.. Hang in there..
