i dont know what to think

I'm 16 and lately I just haven't been the same. I've always had anxiety but not as extreme as I do now. About 6 months ago I went to the hospital due to a high heart rate. I was smoking marijuana and then all of a sudden my heart just started beating so fast and I felt like I was in a dream. Prior to this I had panic attacks before and that's what it felt like. But ever since I went to the hospital I have just been really anxious all the time and having panic attacks and I've had this "unreal" feeling like things just don't seem real. Also I've been having headaches and my body has just felt weird a lot. I also have a hard time paying attention and I can't concentrate well, and I'm also kind of forgetful. I tend to wonder if I have some kind of disease or brain tumor that is making me feel this way. I just feel like anxiety can't make me feel this way so I assume Its something worse. I'm just wondering what other people think.

Talk to your doctor about getting on Zoloft. Look it up. It'll help all your symptoms. And you may have hypacondria. But yes Anxiety can make you feel that way...also take iron pills and b12

Everything you've written sounds like textbook anxiety, so I highly doubt you have any kind of disease. Personally, I would stay away from pot, energy drinks, lots of caffeine, etc. Exercise, get plenty of rest, eat healthy foods, etc and you'll be fine. If the anxiety symptoms continue, go see a psychologist/therapist. I wish you all the best!
