I always feel dragged down and out of energy, but if I can go out and do something with someone I enjoy it with I catch myself feeling energetic and the drained feeling comes back the second I think about it. I know it's hard to get yourself motivated to do something, but it helps. I also ache alot, and worry about something being wrong. I know nothing is, but it's hard to convince my mind to believe that.
I'm pretty much the same. My left shoulder and back are hurting tonight. It feels so crazy. I can't believe the things anxiety can cause us to do and feel.
