Hey-
If these are symptoms of anxiety alone, I doubt you will wake up one morning and not know who you are. I know anxiety can cause the craziest thoughts to pop into your head, but it can't make you forget who you are! If you have hypothyroidism, it can definitely magnify your anxiety--making it much worse! Are you on medication for your thyroid problem? I would suggest making an appointment with your doctor. Explain everything you are feeling to him/her. That's the first step!
Good luck! Let me know how you are doing.
i do have hypothroid do you think my levels are off
do you think i am going to wake up and not know who i am
do you think i am going to wake up one day and no know who i am
get your thyroid levels checked. These are also symptoms of hypothyroidism.
Hey-
I just responded to another post of yours a second ago before I read this one. Have you actually been diagnosed with anxiety and depression? And are you taking medication for them? I feel like slurred speech and forgetting basic things such as what a raccoon is is something worth getting checked out. If I were you, I would make an appointment with my general physician and explain to him/her all the symptoms you have experienced. It might help to keep a little journal so you can go in and lay everything out to your doctor so he/she can shed some light on your symptoms!
Like I said in my earlier post, I've had problems with my vision being blurry when especially anxious and have heard of others who suffer from memory impairment while suffering from anxiety. But, I feel like your symptoms are pretty extreme and it wouldn't hurt to get them checked out!
