Yeah, he's right. Anxiety makes you supersensitve to almost everything. The list includes but not limited to:
1. light
2. people.
3. loud noises
4. etc..... and goes on and on
5. You have to be wise enough to make the difference between what's anxiety and what's really you. They both are different eventhough it doesnt' feel that way. I hate having this stuff. I've dealt with it for over 28 years.
You will get a lot of help here on this forum. One thing you can do cause i gotta get some rest is to check my other posts. I suggest a lot of good suggestion to people that might help you to. Personally i fight my anxiety with knowledge and sharing this knowledge with people. It helps me a lot.
I'll come back to you tomorrow for more detail and a more personal approach

Thanks lol, i don't think your crazy for watching Disney movies, i have to fall asleep to clueless every night. I still haven't seen the end of it in over a month because it puts me to sleep instantly, i just started having these anxiety and panic attacks and it's all very new to me so I'm just trying to get as much help as i can. mainly because my family isn't very supportive about it.
Hehe don't worry it is perfectly normal! Anxiety is an overreaction and it can be an overreactions to anything including scary movies hehe. Myself i am suffering from anxiety and i avoid watching those kind of movies when i'm alone. But when i'm with my friends of course i'm not scared and i kinda like the scenes that make you jump of your bench haha.
Don't worry you're not crazy. It's like if i was asking to myself ( i 22 years old male ) am i crazy to still watch Walt Disney movie and like it a lot? I guess you know the answer eh?
