i have throbbing in the head and it makrs me feel dizzy and faint also have constant stiff neck?
SEE your PCP, GET REFERRAL TO RHEUMATOLOGIST. SOUNDS like a PHYSICAL Problem, NOT a MENTAL one..unless there is more to this story.
If it has been continuing for awhile then you likely are having muscle spasms or something like that. Visit your doctor and get checked out. If it was a sudden onset and severe pain then get looked at asap
