is this a normal anxiety symptom?

I hope I can descrive it right but ever since my anxiety started on nov. 09 I've been feeling that part of my skin or mussle not sure, shakes and my fingers or arm involuntary jumps, but my most worry is that I also feel it in my head

But my symptoms are

Insomnia
Rapid heart beat with palpitations
Heavy head feeling
Thoughts racing
Dizzy sitting down or standing up
Fear of going insane
Muscles lock up
Tight chest

I know exactly how you feel. I'm only 18 years old and I was diagnosed with anxity disorder. I would give my right ARM to go one day without anxity! Mind has gotten completely out of control, to the point where I can't go in public because I will get a awful panic attack. Anti anxity mess do not help me anymore. I'm considering trying an anti depressant now.
