morning weakness

I had many physical tests and nothing seems to be worng with me physically. But often I feel very tired in the morning and sometimes even my body aches. I've had this years ago and then it kinda went away but now its back.

Any idea how to deal with this and could anxiety be causing it?

Nope. I'm still thinking about it until now after 11 mnths...
I've done 5 tests for the past 11 mnths..4 of them over the window period...
the last test was last month, Apr 09 for full STD.
I'm really confused on the weird symptoms i'm having rite now...
u r rite...anxiety, stress, panic, scared, guilt cause us a lot of problem...

We are the same buddy...
Do you have any other symptoms??

Did your fear of HIV go away? I had the same problem. I did a blood test and almost went insane during waiting for the results period. Then I thought it was false negative. Then I even thought maybe my doctor didn't tell me the truth because he knew how paranoid I was lol.

Anxiety is a powerful thing.

im also suffering the same symptom...
very stiff when wake up in the morning...neck & shoulder stiffness...
experience body aches everyday....
symptoms started after my possible exposure of contracting HIV...
i've been anxious, scared, panic, stress, guilty after the incident 11 mnths back..
get tested many times and all came back normal..HIV, STD, blood screen, urinalysis...
still struggling with all those never ending weird symptoms....
my Dr told that anxiety symptoms can remain for a long term in our body...
I'm totally lost & exhausted... :- (

yes acually my doctor says that when you have back head or neck pain it could have something to do with stress or something physical but since you got a bunch of them done already i say its stress your lucky i go through body aches and much more im 13 my heart is up at least 140 you could imagine how sleepless i am!
