I'm scared. Help

Past three days I've been having random vertigo attacks.

I'm 21, male, non alcoholic or smoker. I was working at a local farmer's market and just finishing up for the day. While signing out I suddenly began to feel dizzy. I could still walk, but the room was spinning. It took about 30-35 minutes before I was rid of it completely.

The second came while I was asleep, I woke up at 4:35 AM (Australian time) and the room was spinning. I sat up, which helped a bit before laying back down for another five minutes before the spinning stopped. The third came on the same day today (Monday in Western Australia) when I was sitting having lunch with my mother at home at around  1:00 PM when I started to feel anxious. The room began to spin again.

My mother has called the chiropractor, but I'm not sure anymore. The thing is the past few attacks I've had no other symptoms other than after their done, the bridge of my nose and my brows feel like their being compressed.

I sit at a computer most of these days because I work on 3D animation and play video games. I don't know what could be wrong with me. An ear infection? BPPV? Brain tumor?

I don't know, all I know is that it's flaring up my anxiety and I'm on the verge of tears. Anyone have idea what I should do?

To add I'm also on my last week of college so all my assignments are due. I don't know if stress could cause it as well.
