need help , severe panic attacks

I am student who is studying abroad , I have my thesis next week and lately I remembered something terrible like , I shared snorting gear with my new friends who I met in party , so I went to STD clinic and doctor told rik is lowest ever possible get tested , I amready and I ill test tomorrow , will finish my thesis in next semester as I cant focus at all , ihave ocd since few years about my orientation ,I gotover with great difficulty , now as I live in university hostel , one of my close friend checked my web history and think iam HIV positive and started treating me badly ,acting weird , I dont know weather he checked realy or not , but he had my laptop for a while , I deleted all the history but a month ago history of HIV is still in it , which I checkednow and thinks he may be saw it and started all this , iam freaking out that he will tell all my friends and my HIV test anxiety and this added up making me go crazy , I cant go back to my home country , iam feelin terrible , he say y net door we were good friends , iam unable to handle anxiety , I have no help. some one help me

HIV is inactivated in air so you had zero risk. HIV is not like the flu virus which can sit on a doorknob for 2 weeks then infect.
I am guessing that the doctor must consider you a problem patient so is just testing to give you a placebo rather than argue with you.
I suggest you get therapy for your ocd, because it is not right to focus on a disease that you can't catch.

ya yu are right but it just started for me you would be knowing how crippling can thoughts be , I took almost a year to get over with HOCD THOUGHTS , thanks for ur patient replies without banning me , iam going for the test tomorrow , hope my anxiety will atleast get better a inch after the results , its my first test , so imagine how freaking out I must be , thanks again
and my thess defence is coming up in 2 weeks , iam blaming myself for putting me in this situation , that's how OCD do , lol hope I don't give up my degree
Thesis defense time will make anyone anxious. If you're not, you've wasted your thesis time. Allow yourself to know you know the subject better than anyone else. The others WANT you to be successful, so focus on the fact that you have already succeeded. Do you know how to do breathing exercises to calm yourself? This is a time to do those. Also, get outside for at least a half-hour walk every single day. Focus on your good health, how easily you walk, breathe, and see. Smile at every person you see, whether or not they smile back. Let us know how it goes!
