need yrs help

it be really  hard for me sleep at night time cant u  help me out ?

My docs have always said that after 10 minutes of laying in bed, to give up, get up, walk around, clear your mind and try again. I tend to lay in bed and play on my ITouch.

I'm going to assume you're posting this because of anxiety.  There are plenty of medications to help with anxiety and also even ones which aid with sleep.  The first step is talking to a psychiatrist about your concerns.
