Yes you will be fine, It may take time, or it may go away fast. Panic attacks are one of the worst experiences a person can go thru. I have had many panic attacks, and I have constant anxiety and depression. The feelings you are having are normal symptoms of an attack, usually when the attack subsides your mind and body will feel tired and they will need a break, so you may feel out of it for a bit. Just try to relax and keep your mind busy doing other things and it will go away quicker that way.
