I'm sorry you're going through this.

I'm not a medical professional, but everything you described can be attributed to a panic/anxiety attack.  When was the last time you saw your doctor?  It wouldn't hurt to have a check up to rule out anything else.

You mentioned struggling with anxiety - are you seeking therapy?  If not, I'd really encourage you to do so.  Therapy is huge - it helps us identify triggers and develop techniques to manage through it.  In the mean time, be kind to yourself.  When you feel the symptoms coming, distract yourself.  Call someone you trust and talk it out.  Get up and go for a walk.  Turn on your favorite music and sing or dance.  Concentrate on your breathing - slow, into your belly in breath, then slow out breath - then hold for 5 seconds before breathing in again.  Good self talk is huge.  Tell yourself, "this is anxiety.  It *****, but it's not going to kill me."

When my anxiety is high, I also struggle with weakness, weird sensations, and muscle tightening.  You're not alone!  Hang in there - it gets better!
