poor attention

i dont know if this is under the right group..but it's been a month that i'm suffering with my reading. before this it happened out of sudden that i couldnt understand a thing what i just read or what people were saying..and i was like having a short term memory loss..so i went to a neurologist and got mri scan, eeg test etc..all came back normal

my symptoms are unspecific..i have persistent poor attention, adache..my hand got tingling for a week..and after that i suffered chest tight (had to breathe heavily) for a few days..my neurologist said maybe it's due to migraine..he also mentioned about poor attention deficit

so do you think i should meet psychologist instead?maybe got to do with anxiety? it makes me hard to do my work especially when it requires me to read..

I have had panic attacks all my life and still do but try to breathe, exercise, eat right, meditation and  plus I take Klonopin daily.
The symptoms of a panic attack vary but for me it was about chest tightening, feeling that I was suffocating, dizzy, feeling that I was going out of my mind, and I had a real hard time concentrating on what I was doing. I felt out of focus. I simply could not even read a sentence and tell you what it was about. So yea, may be you are experiencing panic attacks.
Go to your primary doctor, therapist, or a psychologist or psychiatrist for help to find out what is going on with you.
Best of luck,....I am here if you need to chat.
