thanks for the advice i will try my best thank you.
jcook offers great advice as usual! You need to get into therapy to address your fears which are feeding your anxiety. Anxiety can be with us 24/7. Along with therapy, start exercising which helps a lot with anxiety. Keeping your mind busy with other things helps as well, along with journaling your thoughts, and feelings. Putting all this down on paper is very therapeutic for us, it acts as a form of release. Start looking into things you might enjoy doing, the busier you are the less time to you have to worry. I think this is what jcook told you to do! That's okay, she's a team player and we both just want to help you! Take care.
Maybe talk to your parents or doctor about seeing a therapist about the anxiety. That can help a lot. Also, doing things that can help your anxiety such as reading, writing, any hobbies you may have? You may find that doing something relaxing such as reading or writing will help your anxiety and slow your heart beats down. Also, excersize is great for anxiety, do you do any sports? Photography is something I do when Im feeling anxious and it helps me to relax and focus on something that i really like. Maybe try things like playing an instrument, song writing, poetry, etc..
I wish you well
