I experienced memory problems, not serious ones, but enough to be noticed, and this happened mainly on the immediate memory. I don't know if it was because of my constant clonazepam dosages, but i since i read clonazepam might cause this kind of memory issue, i really think it might related to it in my case.
thanks for your reply!! ya my sleeping has been off for the past few weeks so that probly does have a big play in this issue. im not really worried about it. i was just wondering if anyone else feels like this! im glad im not the only one
Think about your amount of sleep, your diet, exercise, if your life-style has changed significantly recently (i.e. a stressful job, relationship, etc.). Any of these variables will change concentration ability as it relates to distraction and anxiety.
Also consider the possibility that you've just noticed you do it and now you're unfortunately aware of it so you're tripping yourself up... because you're naturally self-conscious.
In my opinion my verbal and written skills are compromised by my anxiety - so said skill levels are very situational.
