thanks everyone for replying so quickly i just realli need reasurrance im alreadi on anti anxiety meds and whenever i dont take them the trembles are worse. i just moved and ive been realli stressed so i think im just realli stressed and my anxiety is hightened. my doctor keeps telling me its just anxiety ive seen neurologists everything and the only thing they keep telling me is anxiety i just wanted to make sure it didnt sound like the root of something else.
The answer is "could be," that's for sure. Keep an eye on yourself and see what else may concern you. I see you've been on a number of other forums, and note that you've had some work for a herniated disc, and have been prescribed for Zoloft. You also reported anxiety before Christmas. Can you sort of sketch a broader canvas here that connects all this together a bit more. Everyone here wants to help, I can promise you that, so let us know all you can.
I have those morning trembles also...somedays more than others. It really stinks, but it is anxiety related. Try taking deep breaths and get on with your day..Try not to focus on it, because that just makes it worse. It makes you feel crummy, but it is nothing to worry about. Hope this helps.
From what I've read the at bedtime and upon awakening are prime times for anxiety to hit. The only other thing that comes to mind would be low blood sugar but since all your tests came back normal then anxiety sounds like the most likely culprit.
Have you thought about trying an antianxiety med?
