hey, it could be an anxitey symptom, but i would get it checked out by your doctor as low iron and vit b12 can calcium can also cause tingling in the hands and feet, arms and legs etc, so you could be lacking in those vitamins. all the best :)

When I first starting having symptoms of anxiety my arms, hands, and towards the end my feet, tingled for over a week.

The longer they tingled, the more I worried about it. The more I worried about it, the more I felt/noticed the tingling. I thought I had something serious.

It didn't go away until I went to the doctors and was assured it wasn't harmful. Even after that, it didn't go away right away, even though I wasn't worried anymore it still lingered for a few days.

Since then I only get that when I'm very stressed/nervous.

If I were you, I'd give your doctor a call just in case it isn't anxiety. But in my own personal opinion, it does sound like it's anxiety.
