Is this common?

I notice that after my panic attacks I feel shaky and sometimes even cold for awhile.

Cold sweats and shakiness is common. Your body goes through quite a lot of physical symptoms when you have a panic attack.

Yes it is normal. You just went through a major adrenal rush. . I usually feel what I call "jelly legs" they are weak or wobbly yet heavy feeling...Most likely when you panic you prob feel a bit warmer so your body is probably coolong down after the rush. It is very normal so try not to worry about this.
Hope this helped you some

Be well

Don't worry this is common. Part of an anxiety attack is the adrenaline rush. This causes the shakiness. We often feel cold due to the blood rushing from our arms and legs. What you are experiencing in unfortunately a normal part of the anxiety reaction.
