what is wrong with me?

Hello everybody,
So for the past two weeks I have been really scared that I have a brain tumor...
Here are some of my symptoms headache around around eyes, foggy feeling in head, sometimes not saying words right and stuttering, and I have recently noticed that my eyes keep watering all the time.
I am 22 years old in decent shape I have asthma, I have been smoking for about 5 years and as far as I know I don't really have a family history of cancer.
I went to my GP last week and she told me that I have nothing to worry about. She did a few strength tests on my arms and legs and had me follow her pen with my eyes. Her only suggestion was I had high blood pressure and to watch it for a month. I just got out of the ER today and they did a CT scan of my sinus's and said that I have sinus disease (thickining of the sinus walls and polups). The ER doc told me that there was no way I could have developed a brain tumor in a year (I had a CT of my brain last year and it came out normal).
So I guess my question is that since I had a CT of my sinus's could they see if there was any tumor on my brain?

So things seem to be mellowing out latley but I still have been experincing some weird things...
1) When I am at work (desk job) I have been seeing double vision and cloudy vision when reading text on the computer screen. And also it seems like things are sometimes slanted down...

I am suppose to be wearing glass's and I do wear them on occasion but I am just wondering if any of these things are a major cause for concen?

I also have a eye doc appointment set for next week.

You do not havea brain tumor. I went through the exact same thing you did and it was all depression and anxiety.

Only if the tumor was around the sinus region. They keep those things pretty localized because it is a source of radiation and they want to limit exposure.

Some of the symptoms you describe could be the result of the sinus issues. The headache around the eyes is classic sinus, foggy feeling in the head too can be sinus. I think the eyes watering may be too - that one I know I get but I have allergies. High blood pressure can also cause headaches if I remember correctly.

If you got a CT scan last year and it came out normal, the chances of you having a brain tumor are really small. 2.8 per 100,000 women and that is for the whole population - due to your age that statistic would be even less. You are more likely to die from accidental poisoning. Deaths per 100,000 population: 10.3.

Now lung cancer from the smoking is something I would be a lot more worried about and is something you control.
