Agree with greenlydia.  Until we know all the symptoms you have, we can't give you our best!

I've experienced everything you have at  one time or another, except my scalp was itching ..almost felt like something was crawling under skin.  Dermatologist gave me a script to deal with it.  I believe it is related to stress.  My ears will feel clogged, itchy,  filled with water or ring...lots of fun with them.

Always goes away.  Have seen ear doctor who removed wax and that was a help.  My hearing is perfect, so think it is one more physical manifestation of stress.

My guess about this "cool trickling" feeling would be a nerve. If there is no pain and no other neurological symptoms with it, I would just discuss it with my doctor the next time I saw him/her. This is NOT a symptom of a brain tumor or aneurysm.
Do you have any other symptoms we should know about? We could address all of them at the same time that way.

well those syptoms are common together, but it isnt something all people get.
if you have anxiety and brain fog take a shower as the steam and hotness may help, thats my advice for ya.

i have gotten what i assume you mean by the clogged ear effect before, usually along with the shortness of breath and dizziness and other physical effects like that.

"Brain fog," in all it's manifestations is very common. Clogged ears I'm not so sure about. But that's just me. Maybe it's common for others. Let's hope they post in.
