prometrium and headaches..

I took prometrium 100mg a day for the first trimester, i stopped taking it last friday so 10 days ago.  I have had a migraine every day starting at around noon and lasting until I go to bed.  I took prometrium prior to pregnancy for period induction which i took for 10 days and i would get a "withdrawl" migraine for a day or two.  Have any of you ladies experienced this?  I'm really getting sick of taking tylenol every 4 hours but my head throbs so bad i can't see straight if i don't.  I called my doc today and of course he's out of the office.  Any suggestions or idea how long this will last?  I have done the basics tylenol and cold washrag.

My doctor didn't check mine because I was only borderline low in the beginning.  I have occasional hormone headaches from the baby but these are different they don't respond to anything, i was up to 1000mg of tylenol every 4 hours.  My doctor gave me migraine pills I took the first today and it was gone in about 45 minutes :).  Jem- I hope you don't get the withdrawl headaches, good luck.  Thanks for the reassurance.

I am also on prometrium for the first trimester but now that I am 12 wks they said my levels weren't high enough and I need to stay on it? Did either of you have a blood draw to check your progesterone levels before coming off the prometrium? Just curious what your levels were if so. Thanks so much.

I am on it too and tapering off...tonight is my last one, so I will keep you posted! With my first I always had headaches until about 16 weeks. It is a common symptom with or without the progesterone.
