Arthritis and Fibromyalgia

I have ostearthritis and fribromyalgia.
I cant understand why are my legs getting weaker, the stairs and getting worse an worse to walk up them. I have monitored them as such like, is there pain etc. An there isnt any pain as such thats stipping me get up the stairs, its my muscles that wont work? I dont understand why this is happening?

Typo correction:  Tartaric Acid, not Tartaric Tcid.
This happens when I tend to rush! lol!

Hey Julie.

There's a muscle toxin that may be greatly contributing to this.
It's called Tartaric Tcid and it could have crippling effects when elevated.
Drastic reduction in carbs and supplementing with malic acid will make a difference.
