Arthritis

My foot doctor said I have arthritis in my ankles . last year I broke one of my ankles before that they were always hurting because I was always spraining them due to having very flat feet. The ankle that I did not break is worst than the one that was broken. The pain is very bad when I walk up stairs my doctor said the bones are rubbing together. I take 800 ml Ibuprophen it doesnt help at all. what else can I try that may be of help?

My husband and three of our friends have arthritis. They take Arthro 7 and MSM. The arthritis goes into remission and there is no pain. When they stop taking these products the arthritis returns. Alternative medicine can be very effective for the treatment of osteoarthritis.
