In mid December 2008, I had tremendous pain in my upper back shoulder on my left side. The pain was unrelenting. I could not say exactly where it originated but I was tender to the point of vomiting in an area that I could reach with my right hand extended over my left shoulder and touch near my spine area, it was dull intense pain. I had nerve pain that affect my left breast area constantly. The muscle bed area under my left breast is achy and tender, it is torturous many times. As the months went on I did go to a chiropractor and was told I had arthritis in my neck. I had therapeutic messages that seem to help and I was somewhat improved, but I seemed to level off and I stopped going. In August of 2009 I went to an orthopedic doctor. After ex rays and MRI, I was told I had some arthritis in my neck, but no herniated disks and there was nothing to be done but stay on my anti-inflammatory medication. I suffer daily with this. I wish I knew what is going on ~ the root of this problem. The doctor said I could have a couple of different things happening but failed to direct me to the sources. I am lost and in pain and have a hard time dealing with these nerve issues in my left breast every waking moment. I am currently trying to watch my diet and research nutritional supplements but nothing is giving relief. Thank you for any guidance.
