i dont know what to do...

i dont really know what to do or where to start.all i can really say is that my body is falling apart.i used to workout every other day and walk all over.now if i try to walk for more than 10 minutes my left knee either tries to give out or becomes very painful.it gave out a couple of times in the past.it pops whenever i try to extend it along with my right knee.i get this pain in the top of my neck into the bottom of my head.and feels like a headache and becomes stiff.the pain can last for a full day and go away for a week before coming back again.i had blood tests taken for rheumatoid and lyme arthritis and came back negative.so i have no idea what to do.any ideas?im 19 by the way.please look at my past posts.

joint pains and bodyache are sometimes signs of acute fatigue syndrome after prolonged physical and mental stress. take a holiday ,relax and take simple paracetamol tabs for pain, multivitamins, fruit juices and some mild tranquilisers like alprazolam for adequate sleep.also get ANA test to rule out auto immune cause

I am sorry you are in so much pain.  Did the doctor run any other labs on you?  Were you by chance screened for HLA B27?  What is the doctor doing next to find out what is causing your symptoms?  If the doctor has not suggested anything, call him/her and push for the next step.  Keep us posted on your progress and we will try to help you through the process.
