Symptoms and help for possible arthritis

I'm starting to wonder if I'm getting arthritis, mainly in my fingers and toes. They ache constantly, especially my fingers. This has been going on for some time. I also have noticed an all over body stiffness more and more, especially after starting a pretty physical job a couple of months ago. It was there before but the job seems to make it worse and I'm exhausted and feel fatigued all the time. I push myself each day and hope it will get better but it's not, it's actually gotten worse. I'm stiff from the moment I get up and by the end of the day I'm really feeling it.
Does any of this sound like arthritis? And is there anything I can do to relieve symptoms and maybe even reverse symptoms? Any natural things that helps? Thanks!

This morning I woke up and my fingers feel worse, more swollen and my knuckles look a bit swollen. My pinky finger's knuckle looks like it's bulging more towards the other fingers inside. It looks weird. So, is this arthritis then? Can anything be done to help it or make it go away? I know people older than me who doesn't have arthritis, I feel old. :-(
