Tested positive for ANA, high RF and ESR. Can I have reumathoid arthritis?

I went to my primary doctor because two weeks earlier I was feeling stiffness in the morning in my left hand. It was happening only in the morning and it was for less than 30 minutes. Since my mother already have arthritis the doctor did three  lab tests which came with above normal values. My lab results were:
Reumathoid Factor= 20.1 (highest normal value is 13.9).
Westerngreen ESR=33 ( highest is 15).
Antinuclear AB 1:160 (highest is 1:80).
ANA IFA pattern Speckled.
My primary doctor referred me to a reumatologist. Since that day the stiffness is also in my right hand but it doesn't go beyond 30 min in the morning. I suffer from stiff neck and pain in my right shoulder but it is a mild pain which doesn't require any medication. Two days ago I woke up with a strong pain in my right knee which lasted one whole day and then it magically dissapear the next day. Do you think I can have reumathoid arthritis or osteoarthritis?  I have an appointment with my reumathologist in three weeks but I am very nervous about it.

I was diagnosed with bursitis a few months ago ,its so painful can't sleep on my right side  git a cortisone shop and that helped a Lil bit.now I turned 42 in may this year ,I swear the next I felt this horrible  slight burning pain in both my arms that I feel in my shoulders and goes all the way to my hands.I'm so worried that this  has something  to do with bursitis, or thar my bursitis was misdiagnosed  and it's arthritis.this sux I'm in pain all day ,to top it off I have tmj and plantar faccia.the over the counter cap doesn't do ****,my doctor  gives ibuprofen 800,barely works.I'm thinking of trying tumeric for imflamation.I don't know what to do .I feel for you your story  and our age similar,we are too young  to suffer from this horrible  pain, good luck and get well.
